Approx. 11cm height, 34cm width. An elegant shaped sinamay hat base with steep up brim on left, with petersham binding and a dome shaped crown, ideal for many fascinators, millinery and hat trims. You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
