Shipping policy

UK shipping costs start at £0 for economy shipping on orders over £60 (not available during sales. UK custom made hats and multipacks of hat boxes will be sent separately and do not contribute towards the £60 lower threshold.) or £2.50 for Royal Mail 24 service. We do our best to ship within 24 hours of order placement. We offer enhanced services such as guaranteed next day delivery by Royal Mail (for orders placed by 1pm) or DPD 24 hour delivery.

For rest of the world shipping starts at £4 and is charged by order total weight. The calculate shipping button can be used to see various overseas shipping options we offer and the pricing.

Please note that from 1st January 2021 the UK left the EU so all orders from EU customers maybe subject to import taxes & duties and may also incur fixed importer admin fees.
