Shipping policy

We offer FREE UK Shipping for orders over £60.
Free shipping is not available during flash sales.
UK-Made-to-Order hats, and Bulk multi-pack hat boxes do not contribute towards the £60 threshold. These are shipped separately and charged alone at checkout.

We aim to keep shipping costs true and affordable, while using reliable services. Prices start at £4 (£3.33+VAT) for the Royal Mail Tracked24 service. We no longer offer RM48 (second class) or Untracked RM24 services.
Guaranteed next day delivery is offered at checkout by Royal Mail Special Delivery, and we use DPD for extra-large/heavy or multiple parcel shipments.

Royal Mail and DPD orders for 'off the shelf' items are shipped out on the same business day when paid for before 3pm (Mon-Fri, excluding UK Holidays).

International shipping is charged by total order weight. The calculate shipping button can be used to see the overseas shipping options. DHL orders are typically collected the following morning.
