Hatlines is the glossy magazine of the NHV (Dutch Hat Association) that appears four times a year and is sent to all members. Each magazine has a number of regular sections, such as an agenda of hat & fashion events and exhibitions at home and abroad, technique explanation and shopping tips for hat designers.
