Colour

Average to fair quality wool felt cone, size and stiffening may vary, ideally suited to making small hats, crowns and fascinators. Finished with a mid-level stiffening, enough to hold shape when steam is introduced and soft enough not to be too hard after blocking. These cones are available in a great broad range of predominately autumnal colours, that weigh about 90g and are around 25cm deep.

The price was good but reflected the quality. The hat was not trimmed properly - it is completely uneven. I need to cut it myself. Had I known this for the price would I still have ordered it? Maybe.
