Medium to small fascinator and hat base, with a subtle sweeping back created with 2 layers of our own quality sinamay , it is shaped slightly to sit on the head and can be designed to take trims and finishes in a multiple amount of ways. Available in a range of classic colours, this fascinator and hat base measures about 21cm from front to back, 17cm from side to side and stands about 3cm high.
