Sisal Straw Fascinator Base 10cm - HB001

A revised version of the classic sinamay 10cm disc, this fascinator base is made from fine woven sisal straw and finished with matching ribbon bind. Add a multitude of different trims and a comb or headband to this to finish off your creation. A basic range of colours are available and has a diameter of around 10 to 11cm.
