Featuring deep ridges in its sweeping surface, this hat base is a fabulous starting point for a show stopping creation. This dramatic piece is made in the UK from 2 layers of sinamay and finished with a co-ordinating petersham edge. Measures approximately 35cm long 37cm wide at it's widest points.
Please note: You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip, or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.

I loved the shape on this base. The flowers sat very neatly in the indentation around the top section. The feathers were long quilled and beautifully wafty! Always excellent quality items.
