UK Made Sinamay Dramatic Up Brim Indented Hat Fascinator Base HA097

Featuring deep ridges in its sweeping surface, this hat base is a fabulous starting point for a show stopping creation. This dramatic piece is made in the UK from 2 layers of sinamay and finished with a co-ordinating petersham edge. Measures approximately 35cm long x 37cm wide at it's widest points. You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
