A huge sinamay circle with matching sinamay binding lends itself to many ideas, can be used as part of a larger project or capable of being the base of a fascinator on its own. Made using 2 layers of our quality sinamay, this fascinator and hat base measures about 44cm in diameter.
Please note: You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip, or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
