A huge sinamay circle with matching sinamay binding lends itself to many ideas, can be used as part of a larger project or capable of being the base of a fascinator on its own. Made using 2 layers of our quality sinamay, this fascinator and hat base measures about 44cm in diameter. You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
