A beautiful and elegant base to many millinery creations and fascinators, created from a single layer of our sinamay, each one is hand sewn to a gather and finished with a sinamay binding. Each one is hand crafted by our workers so not one will be alike to another, so variance in shape and size is a possibility. A great broad range of colours are available. This hat and fascinator base can measure about 15cm from gathering to front edge and around 26cm from side to side, but some maybe more and some less.
