One of the more petite options within our UK made sinamay range, but with a dramatic turned up asymmetric brim. This versatile fascinator base is made from 2 layers of sinamay and finished with a co-ordinating petersham edge. Measures approximately 27cm across at widest points.
Please note: You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip, or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.

Wanted to make a fun hatinator out of this kelly green hat base by adding a lime green satin bow, curly feathers, lime green tulle band, and sunshiny daffodil. I call this one "Top o' the Mornin' Lass!"
