One of the more petite options within our UK made sinamay range, but with a dramatic turned up asymmetric brim. This versatile fascinator base is made from 2 layers of sinamay and finished with a co-ordinating petersham edge. Measures approximately 27cm across at widest points. You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
