One of the more petite options within our UK made sinamay range, this versatile fascinator base is made from 2 layers of sinamay and finished with a co-ordinating petersham edge. Measures approximately 25x24cm at widest points.
Please note: You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip, or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
