A great little fascinator base available in several limited edition straw styles. The attractive pleats form a subtle turned up brim, giving you lots of options in terms of decoration placement and design. Measures 18x16cm at it's widest points and is approximately 1cm deep. You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
