A great fascinator base with a small, but sharp upturned brim at one edge. Simple and sophisticated, this base would be a great base for many millinery designs. Available in a limited edition range of straw materials. Measures approximately 20cm across and 1cm tall.
Please note: You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip, or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
