A classic saucer shape featuring a delicately sweeping upward brim. This timeless fascinator base is made in the UK from 2 layers of sinamay and finished with a co-ordinating petersham edge. Measures approximately 26x26cm at widest points. You will need to add your own headband, comb, clip or elastic to make this fit. Does not come with an inner ribbon band.
