EU Shipping Update - August 2026

To our valued EU customers,

We are truly sorry to share that we have had to temporarily pause shipping to EU countries.

Over the last few years, selling to Europe has involved navigating a growing list of hurdles - from complex customs rules and tariffs to rising operational costs. The introduction of new EU packaging regulations (PPWR) earlier this month has added yet another layer of compliance fees and admin.

Unfortunately, the weight of these combined barriers has led to us having to make this heartbreaking call. We are deeply disappointed that we can’t supply our wonderful European community as normal.

Please know we are actively looking into practical ways to reopen shipping to select EU destinations as soon as we can. In the meantime, we want to thank you for your loyalty, support, and understanding - it means the world to our small team.
