Soft ostrich plumes are taken and stripped to the spine to leave a delicate diamond head creating a swooping and flowing feather head, use a few together and cut to various lengths creates a real eye-catching effect for any hat or fascinator. The plumes measure up to 35cm in length and the heads are about 10cm x 4cm wide.
