Created to sit along with the classic fascinator smartie shape this shape sits high on one side and slopes to a soft finish, used worldwide by milliners and fascinator makers alike. We have taken two layers of our top-quality sinamay to create this fascinator base and added a matching ribbon hat pad. Available in the classics and our current new range of colours, this little fascinator percher measures about 5cm at it's highest, 14cm side to side 16cm long.
